Career Development Theory - Every Change Is Related To A Period

The world changes every year. So too is the behavior. The behavior changes each year from its normal one. The teachers and the business people know about this. This makes them to analyze and a select a suitable career development theory apart from the rest in order to fit them to the recent trends.

Self identity is an important aspect in the American Society. To obtain this identity the students opt for the right career development theory that best helps them to know more of their self and the career path they wished. People join the apprenticeships and internships to improve their research and the continued research helps them to achieve better success than the people who opt for the course who slow their pace in studies after their joining. The people who are successful are mainly the ones who conduct seminars and courses.

There are three phases in the career development theory. They are the adolescent phase, teen phase, and the young adulthood phase. The first phase, the adolescent phase, explains that the world belongs to a child. The thought of one’s desire to become his intended dream is not important. It is common to dream about various posts in the young age. The youngsters wish to be dancer but they also like to be a scientist, a doctor, an artist or a veterinarian when it comes to her profession. But it is not guaranteed whether she would work for reaching its height because she is very young.

The next phase is the teen phase where an individual experiences a change in her life cycle that consists of the transformation of her preteen phase to a teen phase. This is the phase where a teen would love to make her decisions. She picks her area of interest that is useful to her and she works hard to be the best in it. Her interest for dance and art holds strong only in her adolescent phase. She begins to concentrate in health and science when she prefers to take up her studies relating domestic animals. If she prefers to continue in the same area then she would surely prefer classes and research. With the help of career she would be able to envisage her career and think more far than what she desired to be when grown up.

The next phase deals with the likes and dislikes of an individual that would lead her to the career she wished for. For instance, the individual may opt to work animals than with people around and hence she chooses to be a veterinarian in her career. To achieve her goal, she would join a graduation course after her schoolings where she is trained with professionals of the field.

The theory discussed above is just one of the many available. This theory is also one of those available that have rejected the poor, minority people and the women. The theories that are new enclose or include people of higher minority, rich ones and provide them a clear knowledge on how it sails through every individual.
