How could I design my career development after I enter a wine company ?

I graduated from the university in 2007 and joined Philips company as sales, I took a good effort to work and I have ever taken the sales officer responsibility to report to the manager directly .A year later ,I got a chance for a wine company as a key account sales in charge of corporation and high-end consumers, but now I confused about the development track of my career after I got into the wine company…
