Honestly, I’m more impressed with what the speaker was saying at the end of the presentation. His enthusiasm and non-stopping intelligence made me clap my hands… How often do you clap your hands when you are alone?
This is absolutely amazing! These designs are fantastic, and ingeniously implemented. This portends an exciting future for robotics. It’ll be an honor to be crushed by such elegant machines. ;-)
Oh, and the tall tripod really is the spitting image of the HL2 Strider (at least when stationary). :-)

You will never understand for what is really useful the mechanism of tripod… because the idea to use it in robotics was mine..
